The challenge

AI models train on general human data, and reference imagery for these specific figures was extremely limited online — making character consistency the core problem.

What we made

A five-episode, cinematic long-form series for OTT channels.

The AI craft

We custom-trained local models using LoRA to lock character likeness, sets and expression across every episode and frame.

The result

Broadcast-grade consistency and emotion held across the full series — one of Zyra’s most technically demanding productions.
