Fifty long-form product education films, built to solve a sales-team bottleneck rather than a marketing one.

The challenge

IPL Biologicals sells a wide range of fertilisers, pesticides and insecticides, and its sales team could not communicate correct usage fast enough. Shooting explainer videos for every product was taking too long to be viable.

What we made

Fifty long-form films covering the product range, published to YouTube and loaded into the company's internal learning management system.

The AI craft

Animation was used to show correct application and to identify the causes each product addresses — the part a talking-head shoot handles badly. Every film was then translated into multiple languages for farmers across regions.

The result

Heavily used by the sales team, and credited with contributing to increased sales.
